1. Who we are
Anytix is operated by Anytix Ltd. We provide ticketing software for film distributors across the European Union.
2. Accounts
To list films or buy tickets that require an account, you must provide accurate information. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except when a screening is cancelled by the distributor. In that case, full refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method.
4. Distributor fees
0% platform fee during launch. Standard payment-processing fees apply at cost. Any future fee changes will be communicated at least 60 days in advance.
5. Data
We take data protection seriously and handle personal data in line with GDPR principles. We never sell buyer data. To access or delete your data, email us and we'll action it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
