For cinema-goers
Buyer FAQ.
How do I book a ticket?
Open the Films page, tap a film, choose a date and time, pick your seat on the map, and pay. You'll get a confirmation email with a QR code. Show the QR at the cinema door to enter.
Do I need an account?
No. You can buy a ticket as a guest with just your email. We send the ticket to that email. If you want to see all your past bookings in one place, creating a free account helps.
Where is my ticket?
Right after payment we send it to the email you provided. Check your inbox (and your spam folder). The ticket is also visible at the booking confirmation page — bookmark that page if you want.
What if I can't make the screening?
Tickets are non-refundable except when the screening is cancelled by the distributor. Give the QR code to a friend — it's transferable until it's scanned at the door.
What if the screening is cancelled?
You'll get an automatic full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. No action needed on your side.
Why don't I see Indian films near me?
We're growing fast in Europe — more cities are added every month. If your city isn't listed yet, drop us a line at hello@anytix.com and we'll prioritise.
For distributors
Distributor FAQ.
How do I list my film?
Sign up, click 'Create a screening' on your dashboard, and follow the five short steps: film details, venue, date & time, pricing, review. Done in under three minutes.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run after each screening run. Funds land in EUR in the bank account we set up with you before your first payout, typically within 2–3 working days of the payout date you see in the dashboard.
What does it cost?
0% platform fee during launch. The only costs are the standard payment-processing fees that banks/cards charge — we never mark those up. Everything is itemised on your payout report.
Can I cancel a screening?
To cancel a screening, contact our team and every buyer is automatically refunded. The payment-processing fees on the original sales (about 2.7% on EUR, 4.5% on CHF) aren't returned by the bank, so that amount is the only cost of a cancellation.
Can my team scan tickets without a full account?
Yes — invite your staff with the Employee role from Users & Roles in the dashboard. They get scanner access only, not financial information.
